Heart Circle Sangha offers an authentic Zen experience in a welcoming environment in Ridgewood, NJ. We foster the practice and study of Buddhism in the Soto and Rinzai Zen traditions through meditation, study, retreats, workshops, and being of service to the wider community.
All meditators and Zen students, whether longtime practitioners or beginners, are invited to come meditate with us. Newcomers to Zen will be shown how to meditate.
